1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Bullfrog Security ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Bullfrog Security provides zero-trust egress filtering and monitoring for GitHub Actions workflows. The Service includes:
- Real-time network connection monitoring for CI/CD pipelines
- Egress filtering and blocking capabilities
- Control plane dashboard for visibility and configuration
- GitHub App integration
3. User Accounts
You must create an account using your GitHub credentials to use the Service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service
5. Pricing and Payment
Free Tier: The Service is provided free of charge for public and private GitHub repositories up to a maximum of 5 code contributors.
Pro Tier: Currently offered for free as part of a beta program. Paid pricing will be announced in the future. We will provide advance notice before implementing any charges.
6. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Suspend service for security reasons
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bullfrog Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Bullfrog GitHub App and ceasing use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
