1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Bullfrog Security website, joining our waitlist, or using any early-access version of our software or control plane (together, "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bullfrog Security is building HTTPS egress filtering for AI agents and other software running on Linux infrastructure: agent sandboxes, build runners, servers and containers. The Service is designed to include:

• An agent that runs on your Linux machines and controls what outbound connections they can make
• Inspection of encrypted traffic on the machine itself, with no proxy to deploy and no certificates to install
• A control plane for defining policies and reviewing network activity across your machines

3. Development Status and Waitlist

The Service is under active development and is not generally available. Joining the waitlist expresses interest only: it does not create an account, guarantee access, or commit us to release any feature on any timeline. We may offer early access to some waitlist members at our discretion, and any such access may be subject to additional terms.

Early-access software may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may be withdrawn at any time. Do not rely on it as your only security control.

4. Your Responsibilities

If you are given early access to the Service, you are responsible for:

• Having the right to install our software on the machines where you deploy it
• The policies you configure and the traffic they allow
• Keeping any credentials we issue to you confidential
• Ensuring the information you give us is accurate and current

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law

6. Pricing and Payment

The website and waitlist are free. Any early access we grant is free of charge unless we agree otherwise in writing. Pricing for the Service will be announced before general availability, and we will give advance notice before charging for anything.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and during development we make no availability commitment at all. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service or any part of it
• Perform maintenance
• Suspend service for security reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bullfrog Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including any traffic the Service allowed or blocked.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may leave the waitlist or end your early access at any time by contacting us and uninstalling our software from your machines.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we expect to do so as the Service moves towards general availability. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
